What are the three region of the spine?
Cervical, thoracic and lumbar
What is the vertebral Foramen on a vertebra?
The cavity in the middle.
What is the transverse process on a vertebra?
A wing like projection of bone that allows back muscles and ligaments to attach to the spine.
What is the spinous process?
A small projection of bone that points outward from each vertebra along the spine.
Why do vertebra increase in size as the spine goes down?
More weight to carry

What are key differences in the pelvis for different sexes?
Female: Pelvic brim is wide and oval, pubic arch is 80 degrees and oval.
Male: Pelvic brim is narrow, heart shaped and pubic arches is v-shaped - 70 degrees
