Nitrate Like Effect:
- Dilate Coronary Arteries
–> Increase Supply
- Venodilation, Reduce preload
–> Decrease Demand

K+ Channel Opener:
- Dilate Peripheral Arterioles, Decrease Afterload
–> Decrease Demand
- Dilate Coronary Resistance Vessels
–> Increase Supply
