What is the relationship between male fertility and drugs?

A

opioid like drugs can inhibit Gonadotropin release hormone, resulting in infertility. GnRH analogues that suppress gonadotropin can also result in infertility. Other drugs include alkylating drugs, antiandrogens, cimetidine, and ketoconazole, all impair androgen production.
