how is homonymous hemianopsia distinguished from hemi neglect?
A
homonymous hemianopsia - vision system is impaired. person cannot see in the affected visual field.
hemi neglect - person can still see they just don’t pay attention to that side.

what intervention strategy can be provided to individuals with homonymous hemianopsia?
A
visual scanning interventions. having the patient follow your finger or hold out an object in front of the patient and have them follow it to that side.
