Yes, beginning on May 12, 2017 per administrative order 2017–07 the chief judge of the 19th judicial circuit has ordered that local municipal police officers in the 19th judicial circuit are authorized to serve injunction for protection within their respective jurisdictions

Does a foreign protection order need to be registered in the state of Florida to be eligible for enforcement?

Answer 3

No registration of the protection order and or residency in the state will not be a requirement for enforcement.
