Treason, murder, manslaughter, sexual battery, carjacking, home invasion, robbery, robbery, burglary, arson, kidnapping, aggravated, assault aggravated, battery, aggravated stalking aircraft privacy, unlawful, throwing placing or discharging of a destructive device or palm, stolen vehicles, which involve the theft of firearms and any other felony which involves the use or threat of physical force or violence against an individual

Burglary shall not include vehicle burglary, unless firearms are believed to have been stolen during the crime

When the fleeing suspect poses an immediate danger to the public at large prior to the suspects perceived awareness of the presence of law-enforcement
