What information is considered criminal intelligence or criminal investigative information and is confidential and exempt from public disclosure?

Any information that reveals the identity of the victim of a crime of child abuse, human trafficking of a person under the age of 18, or if a person who is a victim of any sexual offense.

A photograph, videotape, or image of any part of the body of the victim of any sexual offense, regardless of whether the photograph, videotape, or image identifies the victim.

Any criminal intelligence information or criminal investigative information that reveals the personal assets of the victim of a crime, other than property stolen or destroyed during the commission of a crime.

Any document received by the sheriffs office that reveals the identity, home or employment, telephone number, home or employment address, or personal assets of the victim of a crime and identifies that person as the victim of a crime.

Any information which reveals the home or employment, telephone number, home or employment address, or personal assets of a person who has been the victim of a sexual battery, aggravated child abuse, aggravated stalking, harassment, aggravated battery, or domestic violence is exempt from public disclosure or inspection and examination. The victim must make a written request for this information to be held confidential and exempt from public disclosure , inspection and examination.
