  • the BC shall ensure the company officer has completed the above mentioned items and forward the above listed info to the assistant chief of operations as a complete packet.
  • ensure the employees involved about possibility of an investigation to follow and keep situation confidential; pending an investigation
  • evaluate if employee needs to be relieved or temporarily reassigned to another station; consult the assistant chief of operations if needed.
