Lachman Test
A
Assessing integrity of anterior cruciate ligament.
- examiner stabilized the distal femur with one hand, and attempts to sublux the tibia anteriorly
- Lack of clear end point is a postive test

Anterior Drawer Test
A
Assessing integrity of anterior cruciate ligament
- examiner fixes patients foot, thumbs at tibial tubercle and fingers at calf
- pulls anteriorly and assess anterior displacement of the tibia

A
Assessing integrity of posterior cruciate ligament
- fix foot
- thumbs on tibia, fingers on calf
- push posteriorly and assess posterior displacement on the tibia

- Medial collateral ligament
- Hand on lateral side of knee, and medial side of tibia
- move so knee goes inward (valgus stress)

- Lateral collateral ligament
- hand on medial side of knee and lateral side of tibia
- move so knee is going more outward (varus stress)
