How do Nursing homes work
Nursing homes provide help with daily life activities like bathing, dressing, and eating for clients who cannot do these things for themselves. Many nursing home residents are elderly, but some need the care because of disease or injury that makes them unable to care for themselves. (long term care)
What are Assisted living facilities
Assisted living facilities can bridge the gap between living independently and requiring the level of care of a nursing home, something often needed as patients’ health declines with age.
