  2. Gather information: gather what you can about your problem, like causes, effects, and resources required.
  3. Develop solutions: collaborate to brainstorm solutions to solve the problem.
  4. Analyze and compare options: list pros/cons and then choose the one that will work the best.

What are the 3 steps required for the Do/Act part of the cycle?

A
  1. Decide: make decisions that will get good results.
  2. Plan (Develop the MOI and Briefing): communicate and brief the members of your team on what will be done; make presentations for JPA.
  3. Implement the plan: put plan in action, execute, and then record/accomplish the mission (IPR or in progress reviews to review accomplishments and further plans).
