A
- Set the example at all times.
- Know the personal information of team members.
- Assist followers with JROTC related matters and refer them to others if you can’t help.
- Be familiar with drill, drill requirements, and the next leader’s requirements just in case.
- Inspect the unit members during all formations and assemblies so they know expectations.
