A
  • Show the learner what to do. Demonstration by coach or other learner
  • Watching videos on professionals. Ask midfielders to watch KDB
  • Photograph or poster of what the coach wants you to do.

Verbal guidance

A
  • Can be helpful as long as it is clear
  • For more experienced/skilled athletes
  • Sometimes used before a demonstration. Often during a visual demonstration
