Cardiovascular phase
A
Gradually increase the heart rate towards the working heart rate. Can take various different forms depending on the main activity

Stretching phase
A
Static - easy on the spot stretching
Dynamic - stretches that use movements specific to sport,
gradually increasing your reach or speed

Sport specific phase
A
Performing skills to specific to your sport or even your position in that sport. Can use this stage to get you psychologically ready
