What are fats ?
Provide energy, with glycogen , help muscles to work. Found in better , slow release of energy , food for long distance running
How does proteins aid a performer?
Helps builds muscles to repair damage tissue . Increase strength food for rugby player. Good for marathon running when the carbohydrates has been used all up.
If you don’t burn carbs what happens ?
Need to burn carbs if not you will get fat .
