A

Sec 19 of the criminal law consolidation (scot) act- An offence to be drunk or to be in possession of alcohol on any psv or train which is being used to take people to or from a designated sporting area.

It is an offence for the passengers and also the hirer, operator, and employer.

Search passengers you suspect
Seize any controlled containers and contents if suspicious
Seize any fireworks.
Arrest anyone committing the offence

A

An order which prevents a person from entering any football ground in UK when it is used for a match.
Can extend abroad.

A

When a person has committed an offence related to football, violent or disorderly, and is over 16.
It can be given instead of, or as well as a sentence.

A

On conviction- on conviction, request for a banning order can be noted in the remarks section of police report.
Or…
On summary application- made on behalf of chief constable of the area where the accused resides. If the accused has ever contributed to violence or disorder in connection to football matches.

What happens if a person breaches the banning order?

A

No power of arrest but breach is punishable by inprisonment.
