What offence does sec 22 create? (Park)
Any person in charge of a vehicle or trailer drawn by it to cause or permit it to stand on a road in a position or condition, or In circumstances which could involve danger of injury to other road users. This is not just motor vehicles, inc’s pedestrian propelled vehicles.
What offence does reg 103 create?
Any person in charge of a motor vehicle or trailer to cause or permit it to stand on a road so as to cause unnecessary obstruction. Obstruction must take place, not just be likely to occur.
What powers exist for police to remove vehicles?
Can remove if: Broken down, Condition or position is dangerous, Obstruction is being caused Parking restrictions contravened
What offences exist in relation to adults wearing seatbelts?
Every person aged 14 and above either driving or as a passenger in the front or rear must wear an adult seatbelt.

What offences exist for children in rear seats of cars?
Must wear a seatbelt
If a small child (<1 in a carry cot
Not another seatbelt or restraint available as 2 already in use
If no seatbelts fitted
