Is aged 16-17 and is under a supervision order

A
- Crime to be death with on indictment/solemn procedure
- If the offence would result in someone over 15 being disqualified from driving
- If the person is over 16, but under 18 and the supervision order is terminated.

How would you deal with a child offender?
A
- Submit details (vpr)
- Informal warning
- Restorative warning
- Report them
- Arrest them (only of serious crime or to remove from bad associations)

A
Serious crime Or To remove from bad associations Or Liberation would defeat the ends of justice

Where do you detain a child offender?
A
A place of safety, not police station Unless... It is impractical Child is too unruly Due to physical/mental health they shouldn't be anywhere else
