Sec 4(2)(a)= offence to produce a controlled drug Sec 4(2)(bb= offence to be concerned in the production of a controlled drug
What offences exist in relation to supplying drugs?
Sec 4(3)(a)= offence to supply a controlled drug Sec 4(3)(b)= offence to concerned in the supply of a controlled drug

Sec 4(3)(a) supply of a controlled drug
What offences exist in relation to possession of a controlled drug?
Sec 5(2)= to have a controlled drug in their possession without lawful authority, amount is immaterial. Sec 5(3)= offence to have a controlled drug in their possession whether lawfully or not, with intent to supply it to another.
