At a private alarm what is the first step with a responsible party on scene?

Locate responsible party and determine the cause

At a private alarm w/responsible party on scene and unable to reset the fire alarm panel, what should be done?

Answer 2

notify BOC and have responsible partt have it restored as soon as possible

Question 3

If no responsible party is available at a private alarm incident, what should the first arriving unit do?

Answer 3

Try to gain access w/o causing any damage.
Obtain ETA of responsible party (if less than 30 min 1 unit waits, if more than 30 min investigate thouroghly) notify BOC of unable to gain access over the radio.
Check back the next business day

If we forced entry and unable to secure the structure we must?

Let BOC know so they can notify Providence Police
