Explain the term carb-loading and give a scenario when you would use this process ?
Carb-loading is a strategy athletes use to maximise glycogen stores in muscles before endurance events . It involves an increase in carbohydrate intake in leading days before the event ,while reducing exercise intensity . Improving performance and delaying fatigue
