Tests Muscular strength,
Squeeze the grip and hold for 3 seconds
One minute press up
Tests Muscular endurance,
How many push ups can be conducted in one minute
30 metre sprint
Tests speed,
How fast you can run 30 m
Verticle jump
Tests power,
Touch as high on the board without jumping then jump as high as you can, touching the board

Tests agility,
Run around a course of cones as fast as possible, starting flat on your front
