Inclosed = Skin over break is not damaged Compound = Broken bones pertrudes the skin Simple = In one line, bone is not displaced Stress = Can happen as a result of fatigue

Greenstick = Crack not all the way through the bone Transverse = Break straight across Impacted = Pieces locked into each other Comminuted = Broken into more than two pieces Oblique = Break at an angle
