What is soft tissue injury?
Joints are where two or more bones meet, they can be a tear or streched tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints.
What is a sprain?
A damaged ligament. Twisteed ankle or overstreched ankle
What is a strain?
A strain is a twist, trar or overstreched muscle or a tendon
What is a torn cartilage?
Cartilage is a firm eleastic substance which lines adjoining bones. It absorbs the impact on the bones while reducing the friction during sport.
What is a fracture?
A broken or cracked bone. Through a contact or overuse injury
What is a dislocation?
A dislocation is when a bone at a joint is forced out of its normal position
What is an abraision?
Grazes can be caused by friction of the skin against a rough surface
What is a concussion?
Impact to the head causes unconsciousness, confusion or memory loss
