S.1 Rape
A person ‘A’ commits rape where:
-He intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of an another person ‘B’ with his penis and
-B does not consent to the penetration and
-A does not reasonably believe that B consented
Cannot consent if
The person used or caused fear of or immediately before used violence against the victim (or fear of violence against another person
S.2 Assault by Penetration
A person ‘A’ commits an offence of assault by penetration where:
-They intentionally penetrate the vagina, anus of another person ‘B’ with a pert of their body or anything else,
-The penetration is sexual and,
-‘B’ does not consent to the penetration and,
-‘A’ does not reasonably believe that ‘B’ consents
S.3 Sexual Assault
A person commits an offence if they (‘A’) intentionally touches another person (‘B’) and:
-The touching in sexual
-‘B’ does not consent to the touching
-‘A’ does not reasonably believe that ‘B’ consents
Touching is with any part of the body, with anything, through anything.
S.4 Causing Sexual Activity Without Consent
A person (‘A’) commits an offence if he intentionally causes another person (‘B’) to:
-Engage in an activity,
-The activity is sexual
-‘B’ does not consent to engaging in the activity
-‘A’ does not reasonably believe that ‘B’ consents
Act may involve Penetration of anus or vagina or mouth (only be penis for mouth) or forcing another to penetrate
