Anti-social Behaviour Act (2014)
Gives two measures to deal with anti-social behaviour
1) ASB Case Review/Community Trigger: Allows victims the right to request a multi-agency case review with council, police, housing associations etc when antisocial behaviour reaches a locally defined threshold.
2) Community Remedy: Out-of-Court disposal. Acts like a first warning such as conditional caution, written apology or attending certain courses (e,g. drug awareness)
