A
Large number of lymphocytes - B cells (mainly IgA producing) and T cells
CD103+ dendritic cells
Macrophages
Specialized endothelial cells

Peyer’s Patches
A
Consist of the dome, the villi, the interfollicular tissue, and follicles.
There are 200-300 PP in humans.
They sample antigen from the gut lumen, and are precursors of IgA plasma cells.
