  1. Uroanálisis: densidad urinaria >1020, proteinuria.
  2. Hematuria: cilindros hematicos, GR dismorficos
  3. Hemograma: BUN y creatinina elevados
    Antiesptreptolisina >200, antiestreptoquinasa, antihialuronidasa, antidesoxirribonucleasa B, PCR, fracción c3 del complemento disminuida.
