  • Permethrin Cream (Lyclear)
    2+
  • Malathion (Derbac-M)
    6 months+
  • Antihistamines for itching symptom

How to use Lyclear cream

A

Adult application
- 30 to 60g of cream (apply over whole body)
- leave for 8 to 12 hours before washing off
- 7 days after repeat treatment
- treat all close partners at the same time

A

Adult Application
- 100ml for whole body application
- leave for 24 hours
- after 7 days start next treatment
- treat all close partners at the same time

Scabies advice

A
  • avoid close contact with others
  • adults and children can return to work or school after first treatment
  • itching wont stop straight away
  • wash clothes bed linen at 50 degrees or more
