what are the disadvantages of overdentures?
increased caries perio risk - hard for pts in care homes to keep up OH
the root underneath may become infected and if at a subalveolar level, will be a more traumatic XLA
what may cause severe tooth wear?
attrition and erosion
lack of posterior tooth support
what is a reline called when only applied to part of a fit surface?
sectional reline

prefabricated drill used to drill post hole
