where did it happen?

who witnessed it?

medical history? immunocompromised/ bleeding disorder?

what advice would you give over the phone regarding child trauma, avulsion?
reassurance
hold tooth by the crown, avoid touching root
ensure tooth is correct way round if replanting and child can bite down on tea towel
can store the tooth in milk, your own buccal sulcus
see dentist ASAP
what is the treatment of an avulsed tooth that has been out of the mouth for over 60 minutes?
remove attached non-viable soft tissue
consider RCT prior to implantation
must warn pt of ankylosis
explain the treatment of reimplanting an avulsed tooth?
administer LA
if dirty, rinse tooth with saline
burnish around the socket walls if they have collapsed in
why is the prognosis poor if an avulsed tooth is left out of the mouth >60mins?
PDL cell death
