Faded print
output that is washed out or faded seemingly from lack of ink/toner.
Frat output mode uses less ink and toner
its caused by the running out of ink inside of a printer ink cartridge or toner
Blank page
Normally caused by a software issue
White stripes
In laser printers are caused by an issue with the toner cartridge or the drum
Black Stripes
Indicates the primary charge roller is dirty or damaged, or the high voltage power supply to the developer unit is malfunctioning.
Troubleshoot the corona wire or replace the drum and the toner cartridge
Speckling on the output
Lose toner that starts getting on to the paper
Clean the printer using an approved toner vacuum
Clean the printer using an approved toner vacuum
Vertical/Horizontal lines
Caused by dirty feed rollers
Toner does not fuse to the paper
Happens if image is smudging after printing.
Check the voltage of the fuser and get the proper input voltage
Echo image
When you see the remnants of a page in another page.
Indicates this is an issue with the drum.
Incorrect chroma display
Happens when the printer is using the wrong colors. Caused by putting the color cartridges in the wrong slot.
Could be also caused by software or printer driver issue.
Color is missing completely
Color cartridge/toner ran out or is clogged
