EK-0731 – “QUENCH TANK HI TEMP”
Also Look at:
- Safety Valve and PORV Tailpipe temperatures
- Quench Tank pressure and level
- Any other high temperature, high pressure fluid that inputs to the Quench Tank (i.e. Letdown Hx Relief, Reactor Head Vent, S/D Cooling Relief Valve, SI Fill & Drain Relief Valve etc.)
EK-0732 “QUENCH TANK HI PRESS”
Also Look At:
- Safety Valve and PORV Tailpipe temperatures
- Quench Tank level and temperature
- Any other high temperature, high pressure fluid that inputs to the Quench Tank (i.e. Letdown Hx Relief, Reactor Head Vent, S/D Cooling Relief Valve, SI Fill & Drain Relief Valve, N2, etc.)

Also Look At:

Also Look at:
- Spray Line Temperature indications
- Loop 1B and 2A cold leg temperatures

Also Look At:
- Surge Line Temperature indication
- Loop 1 & Loop 2 Hot Leg Temperatures
EK-0743 “PRESSURIZER PWR OPERATED RELIEF VALVE DISCH HI TEMP”

- Tailpipe temperature indication
- Acoustical Monitor panel
- Quench Tank level, temperature, and pressure

Also Look At:
- RV discharge temperature indications
- Acoustical Monitor panel
- Quench Tank level, temperature, and pressure

Also Look At:
- Valve position indicating light
- Blue indicating light illuminated

- Loop Thot panel indications
- PTR-0112/0122 Thot indication
- Hi or low Tave indication (instrument failure)
- CVCS response

Also Look At:
- Thot & Tcold loop panel indications
- Other Tave Channel indication
- Loop differential temperatures
- Panel Temperature recorders
EK-0968 (EK0969) “LOOP 1 (2) TAVE/TREF GROSS DEVIATION”
Also Look At:
- Temperature inputs to Tave controllers
- Compare Loop Temperature indications from Loops 1B and 2A against Loops 1A and 2B
- Response of CVCS to Pressurizer Level
- Loop DT
EK-1120 “LOW SUB-COOLING MARGIN”
Also Look At:
- Compare individual loop Tcolds, Thots and PZR pressure
- Other sub-cooling margin monitor
- Verify sub-cooling using steam tables
