Sensor:
- 63/AST-1, Auto Stop Trip Pressure Switch 74/AST,
Trip Setpoints:
- 45 psi Auto Stop Oil Pressure and Oil Dump Solenoid operated
Alternate Indication:
- Main Stop, Governor, Reheat Stop, and Combined Intercept Valves CLOSED
Reactor Trip if greater than 15% Reactor Power.
Main Stop, Governor, Reheat Stop, and Combined Intercept Valves close.
Cooling Tower Fans trip.
Atmospheric Dump Valves and/or Turbine Bypass Valve open per program.
Feedwater flow controllers FIC-0701 and FIC-0703 transfer to MANUAL, and Feedwater Pump(s) ramp down to 5% flow.

- OS 63/AST-1, Auto Stop Trip Pressure Switch
Trip Setpoints:
- 1940 to 2020 RPD, and 45 psi Auto Stop Oil Pressure
Alternate Indication:
- Main Stop, Governor, Reheat Stop, and Combined Intercept Valves CLOSED
The alarm is actuated by 63/AST-1, automatic functions are initiated by a two out of three logic actuation between 63/AST-1, 63/AST-2, and 63/AST-3.
- Reactor Trip if greater than 15% Reactor Power.
- Main Stop, Governor, Reheat Stop, and Combined Intercept Valves close.
- Cooling Tower Fans trip.
- Atmospheric Dump Valves and/or Turbine Bypass Valve open per program.
- Feedwater flow controllers FIC-0701 and FIC-0703 transfer to MANUAL, and Feedwater Pump(s) ramp down to 5% flow.

Leave Turbine on Turning Gear until eccentricity less than 9 mil.

Vibration alarms on TUR-0520 actuate on absolute value (combination of relative and seismic). EC-23A relative (REL) valves use proximity probes which may indicate lower than absolute.
CAUTION
If Turbine vibration due to water induction, then do not trip Turbine until 14 mils vibration is exceeded. Damage can occur due to rubs as the Turbine coasts down through its critical speeds. Damage can also occur due to stator warping after coming to rest due to differential cooling of the Turbine Casing.

If Main Generator is online, then raising load should lower Exhaust Hood temperature.

- With Generator Breakers 25H9 or 25F7 and MOD 26H5 CLOSED, 8 psid lowering across High Pressure Turbine first stage.
Alternate Indication:
- None
Turbine will trip if condition persists for 60 seconds.

P-27, Turbine Gen K-1 Emergency Bearing Oil Pp, auto start at 6 psig.
Turbine Trip at 5 to 7 psig.

REDUCE Turbine load at maximum permissible rate per GOP-8.

- Will lock out if not running.
- Will not trip if running.
