High birth rates (religion/culture)
Low/ falling death rate.
Stage 2 - but death rates are much lower than would be expected for this stage due to young pop and reduced child mortality/ hunger / malnutrition.

Low birth rate / death rate
Low natural increase
Stage 4 not stage 5 because it encourages controlled immigration, has plenty of space/ rich in resources . It’s country that can cope with increased population but wants to keep balance in population so it doesn’t become ageing population.
