What is the component of ADIRS ?
- ADR
- IR

What infor does ADRs supply ?
Barometric altitude, airspeed, Mach, angle of attack, temp, and overspeed warnings.
What infor does IRs supply ?
Attitude, flight path vector, track, heading, accerleration, angular rate, ground speed and a/c position.
What are 4 type sensor of ADR ?
- Pitot
- Static
- AOA
- TAT
How many pitot tube does a/c have ?

* one for F/O

how many static probe does a/c have ?

What are the input for each ADR ?
- ADR 1 is supplied by Capt probe
- ADR 2 is supplied by F/O probe

When does ON BAT light up ?
Come on for few second at begining of complete IRS alignment.
Does ON BAT light up in case of fast alignment ?
No
How do you know at least one ADIRU is being supplied by battery ?
External horn sound
ADIRU and AVNCS lights come on amber on EXTERNAL POWER panel
EXTERNAL POWER panel locate under the nose gear bay

FAULT light flashes ?
Attitude and heading can recover in ATT mode

IR is lost

IR is operating normally in align mode

- IR alignment fault
- No present position entry after 10 min
- Position at shut down and position entered difference exceed 1° of lat or long
What happen when BUSS activate ?
- BUSS replace normal speed
- GPS altitude replace barometric altitude scale
What infor does BUSS base on ?
AOA and slat/flap configuration
Can you revert back to normal after activate BUSS ?
No
When will BUSS activate ?
all ADR off
What is DBUS ?
Same as BUSS but can be reversible
What caution should be take during using DBUS ?
Do not use MACH target mode
What is GPS ?
GPS is a satelite-based radio navigation aid
How many GPS reciver does A/C have ?

What is the component of GPS receiver ?
GPS sensor unit (GPSSU) or Multi mode Receiver (MMR)
GPS 1 use MMR1/GPS 2 use MMR 2
What is the operarional priciple of GPS receiver ?
GPS receiver 1 supplies ADIRU 1/3, GPS receiver 2 supplies ADIRU 2
If ADIRU 2 failed, ADIRU 3 wil be supplied from GPS 2
