Q

what is maslows hierarchy

A

maslows hierarchy of needs is a motivational theory that arranges human needs in a hierarchy based on the order of their importance. an employees level of needs at a specific level must be satisfied before they can move up to the next level. once a particular need is satisfied it is no longer a motivator.
