What is MDS?
Manager Defined Spend (MDS) is a simple way for My Client Center (MCC) account-users to control their
their managed accounts’ budgets.

If you decide to move some or all of your managed accounts to MDS, you’ll be able to create and modify these accounts’ budgets
budgets instantaneously via your MCC dashboard. Additionally, you’ll be billed for these accounts via one Manager Order-level monthly invoice.

I. Eligibility
A managed account is eligible for Manager Defined Spend (MDS) if it is one of the following:
On monthly invoicing
On credit card postpay
A new MCC account that is already using MDS
New
About MDS
A managed account is ineligible for MDS if it meets any of the following criteria:
On prepay (unless it’s converted to monthly invoicing - contact us to discuss this option)
An account in which the client is billed directly (i.e., it’s not linked to an MCC account and cannot be linked)
Has a billing address in Argentina or Brazil
Has a billing address in France and is managed by a third party
Using My Client Center
My Client Center (MCC) is a powerful tool for handling
handling multiple AdWords accounts. Think of MCC as an umbrella account with several AdWords accounts (managed accounts) linked to it.
Who should use an MCC account
Large advertisers with more than one AdWords account
Third parties such as:
Agencies
Search engine marketers (SEMs)
Automated bid managers (ABMs)
And other online marketing professionals who manage multiple client accounts or large campaigns

Easily view multiple managed accounts, including other MCC accounts, using a My Client Center view.
See relevant information for all managed accounts in one place.
Run reports across multiple managed accounts at once or download the My Client Center view into a CSV file.
Quickly create and link new AdWords accounts from within your MCC account.
