Aerobic target zone = 60-80% of your MHR

MHR = 220 - your age

e.g 220 - 14 = 216bpm

A

(HRR x training %) + RHR = target heart rate

e.g. 90
(HRR 150 x 0.6) + RHR 66 = 156
(HRR 150 x 0.8) + RHR 66 = 186
