What does health mean and what are the two types of health?
Health means well-being.
There is physical health and mental health.
What does good mental health mean
Good mental health is having a healthy mind.
It means having the ability to cope with every day.

have a good balance between work and relaxation
spend time with people whose company you enjoy, wether at home, in school or in a club
take regular exercise
talk about your worries with someone your trust
make the most of your talents
seek help for problems if necessary
what is an immunisation
An immunisation or vaccination is given to people of all ages to prevent diseases such as mumps, measles and rubella. A small dose of the disease is given to the person. The body produces antibodies to fight the disease. If the person comes into contact with the disease again, the body is ready to fight it and doesn’t catch it.
What is a booster shot
A booster shot is a top-up on the immunisation to make sure that it will last for a long time.
What is a person who is fit?
Strong, has plenty of stamina, can bend easily (is supple)
What is aerobic exercise?
Aerobic exercise is exercise that makes you breathe faster and makes your heart and lungs work harder.
Benefits of regular exercise.
Reduces risk of heart disease and stroke, reduces stress, creates a ‘feel good’ factor, is a way of socialising, helps you to sleep better, helps to maintain a healthy weight, helps to control blood pressure.

include at least 30 minutes per day as a part of your normal daily activities (play, sport, transport, leisure),
Engage in three or more 20 minute sessions of vigorous activity per week,
choose an activity you like,
exercise with friends if it is more fun,
stretch your muscles before and after exercising.
What is stress
Stress is the emotional and physical strain caused by your real or imagined problems in your life.

Headache, upset stomach, problems sleeping and depression.
