Upper ⅓: lesser occipital (C2)
Anterior surface:
Lower ⅔: great auricular (C2-3)
Superior ⅓: auriculotemporal (V3)
Vagus: concha
Deeper: vagus

Auriculotemporal (V3): anterior, superior
