Management of gastroparesis

A

These pts often get dehydrated due to nausea and vomitting.
- so rehydtration is important, correct electrolytes
Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrotomy
Suppress bacterial overgrowth
Symptomatic treatment of diarrhea and constipation
Diet Low in residue and fat
Enteral feeding
