Low dose Caudal epidural with lidocaine/procaine + xylazine (to prolong duration of epidural). NSAID (e.g. Meloxicam) for pain post delivery & possibly for calf as well

Pre-emptive NSAIDs IV & 4-5 days post-op
Paravertebral block (T13, L1 & L2) or L block using procaine

1. IV NSAIDs for pain management
2. Ketamine & xylazine IV for anaesthesia for 30 min (+- IV Butorphanol to lower dose)
3. Local infiltration around incision
4. Top up ketamine if needed
