A

Highly cellular smear with large, monomorphic lymphoid cells, lymphoglandular bodies & poor stain penetration. Some mitotic figures, rare neutrophils/eosinophils.

A

Low cellularity, mostly small lymphocytes (>75%), some intermediate/large ones. Clear background, few RBCs.

Nearly acellular, RBCs, non-degenerate neutrophils, keratin-like basophilic patches, cholesterol crystal.
