What is the goal of routine fertility visits (RFVs)?
To shorten the calving interval, helping the farm return cows to pregnancy efficiently
What is the goal when a cow has not been served after the voluntary waiting period?
To ensure service within 21 days after waiting period to maintain optimal calving interval
What should be done if a cow is in anoestrus?
Stimulate a new follicular wave to encourage ovulation
How should a cow with cystic ovarian disease be managed?
Luteinise cyst & stimulate new follicular wave
What are the options if a cow is cyclic but not yet served?

Manipulate cycle to ensure next heat leads to service
