Chronic= inflam (no aminoglycosides)
Malignant= pseudomonas, need IV ceftazidime+ ciprofloxacin

Il-31 causes itch to break skin more
Skin leathery as hyperkeratosis and hyperplasia
Oedema in epidermis
Treatment= topical steroids, moisturiser
