Q

SAAP ?

A

FCOM 3.6.1 SAAP. Lock down of the flight deck. Notification of the lockdown and SAAP search
is the responsibility of the PIC. FA1 will carry out the SAAP and becomes the search manager. A checklist in the SAAP kit is to be used. Captain may request the FA start the search somewhere different.
Communication with Qantas Emergency Assessment Team is of highest priority- Use company
channels or ATC. Describe threat situation in detail.
