What is the mechanical vacuum pump precaution?
Do not operate the Mechanical Vacuum Pumps with Reactor Power greater than 5% as indicated on APRMs. The plant exhaust stack is not detonation proof.

Verify no fuel element failure.

Reduce vibrations.
