a) don’t pull on the head or neck
b. allow space between chin and chest (size of a tennis ball)
c. Support the next by pressing the tongue to the roof of the mouth - oblique crunch.
a. drop the legs to one side at a 45 degree angle
b. gently rest the fingertips on the back of the head
c. curl up so both shoulders lift off the floor a few inches. - reverse abdominal curl.
a. lift legs straight up towards the ceiling, hold for a count of two.
