CFD salvage folds

Purpose of salvage work
To reduce fire, water and smoke damage during and after fires
One-person throw
Should only be used when covering materials that cant be broken and when throwing action will not cause any damage
Rapid method, advantageous when personnel are limited
Counter pay-off – two person
Used when conditions require exact and careful placement of salvage cover
Two-person balloon
If there is sufficient vertical space

Fold it 30cm (12ft) back, overlap then roll the overlap

Recognizing and preserving evidence of arson
